Bookings

All online bookings are made and accepted on the basis that in the extremely unlikely case of a technical problem which is beyond our control, due to human error or equipment failure, whether website or MOT testing equipment we will endeavour to contact you immediately to re-arrange the appointment. Our maximum liability will be restricted to the value of the booking.

Cancellation

Where having made an online booking, you wish to change the booking, please give AT LEAST 24 hours notice. We will endeavour to offer an alternative time to meet your requirements. Where you do not notify us and where we find we cannot resell the space vacated by your booking, we reserve the right to retain the payment made online.

Additional Costs

Specialist Oil - If a vehicle requires long life fully synthetic oil then an additional charge will be made. POA.

Long Life Plugs - Where spark plugs are replaced on ‘Gold Services’ the price offered is based on the spark plugs being standard type and not platinum. If platinum plugs are required an additional charge will be made. POA.

Engines with 6 or 8 cylinders, or dual spark engines, will incur an additional charge for replacing the spark plugs. POA.

Due to their complex design some vehicles will fall outside the boundary of the Menu Price Servicing and an additional charge will be made. POA

Any additional items or work carried out will be subject to additional charges

Collection and Delivery

We offer free local collection and delivery for RG31 and RG30.

Other areas are charged at the following rates:

5 to 10 miles £10.00

10 to 15 miles £15.00
